Extension of the car scrapping – the Αmendment Voted

The “great opportunity” given by the state, called on citizens to seize the deputy finance minister, Mr Trifon Alexiadis, immediately after themeasure΄s voted by the Greek Parliaments.

The invitation sent by Mr. Alexiadis, in the vote on the amendment, which prolong the withdrawal process by 20 May 2016 and simultaneously enables solving all relevant issues until May 31, 2016, and an identification of those cars purchased in last time to have the favorable provisions of the law.

“It is a great opportunity to citizens to exploit, because it will not be eternal,” he said. Alexiadis, heralding and other laws as well – as he said – now operates the Interministerial Committee, which examines the car taxation and launch a more rigorous framework, and resolve issues.

Responding to criticism from opposition parties, notably the Southwest on the long delay of the implementing measures, the minister said it was the result of a negotiation lasting and had to come to the benefit of citizens.
