ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of our client, a Global Leader in the Insurance Broking and Risk Management market, is seeking for an experienced Insurance Account Manager.

Insurance Account Manager (Ref. code 5120/IAM/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary point of contact and builds strong relationships with clients
  • Provides day-to-day service to clients for the specific product line – Non Life – to ensure that their risk management needs are appropriately met
  • Develops a deep understanding of the clients’ business, strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs
  • Develops and executes the renewal or placement strategy in accordance with client instructions
  • Provides quality service to clients and ensures effective and responsive support program
  • Co-operates with all support functions and Management Team to achieve compliance with company’s standards and procedures

Qualifications:

  • BSc or BA in Business Administration, or any other relevant field
  • 3 – 5 years of working experience as Insurance Account Manager of corporate portfolio in the Insurance market
  • Fluency in English language
  • Computer literacy
  • Business acumen and drive
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate attitude
  • Team mentality
