Η Blue Aigaion Insurance Solutions αποτελεί την επιτυχημένη φυσική συνέχεια της AIGAION Ασφαλιστικής, αφού αποκλειστική δραστηριότητά της είναι η προώθηση και διαμεσολάβηση σε παρεχόμενα ασφαλιστικά προγράμματα και συμφωνίες που έχουν συναφθεί από το γραφείο του Ομίλου στο City του Λονδίνου, Velos Insurance Services, με Συνδικάτα των Lloyd’s και κορυφαίους Αγγλικούς Ασφαλιστικούς Οργανισμούς με δείκτη φερεγγυότητας Α+ (σύμφωνα με τις κορυφαίες αντιπροσωπείες εκτίμησης Standard & Poor’s και Α.Μ Best). Όπως έχει ήδη επισημάνει ο ίδιος ο κ. Βελλιάδης, στόχος της νέας προσπάθειας είναι να παρέχει στην Ελληνική Ασφαλιστική αγορά ασφαλιστικές καλύψεις και προγράμματα με τους ίδιους όρους, όπως τα παρείχε όλα αυτά τα χρόνια η AIGAION Ασφαλιστική, με την ασφαλιστική αναδοχή των κινδύνων να προσφέρεται πλέον από άλλους παρόχους αλλά το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης και διεκπεραίωσης των απαιτήσεων και αποζημιώσεων των πελατών να πραγματοποιείται από το έμπειρο προσωπικό της εταιρείας στην Ελλάδα. Η Blue Aigaion Insurance Solutions δραστηριοποιείται ήδη σε όλους τους κλάδους γενικών ασφάλισεων και διαθέτει ασφαλιστικά προγράμματα για τους κλάδους Ναυτασφάλισεων (Σκαφών Αναψυχής και Πλοίων), Γενικής και Επαγγελματικής Αστικής Ευθύνης, Προσωπικού Ατυχήματος, Περιουσίας και Αστικής Ευθύνης Χερσαίων Οχημάτων, με το ίδιο εύρος ασφαλιστικών προγραμμάτων και καλύψεων που παρείχε και προγενέστερα. Οι κεντρικές εγκαταστάσεις της νέας Εταιρείας θα παραένουν στην ίδια γνωστή διεύθυνση στην Αθήνα (Λεωφ. Βουλιαγμένης 90, Γλυφάδα) ενώ το προσωπικό απαρτίζεται και από νέα στελέχη που φέρουν επαγγελματική εμπειρία από την Ευρωπαική ασφαλιστική αγορά. We are insurance brokers specializing in the placing of marine risks in the international insurance market.  Our ethos is to take time to understand & analysis our clients’ needs and to prepare and secure the best possible insurance solutions, based on our in-depth knowledge of the market. Our offices are in Glyfada Attica and London (UK), managed by people with deep knowledge of the insurance market and many years’ experiences in providing such services. We handle all types of marine risks, namely Hull & Machinery, Protection & Indemnity, War, Cargo and Yacht including claims handling. We cooperate with all the leading insurance organizations in Greece and aboard, working predominately with London, European and Middle Eastern insurance companies.

Blue Aigaion Insurance Brokers, based in Glyfada Attica, is looking to hire an Administrator to support the Marine department.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with limited or non-insurance or shipping experience, who seeks a position within a stable and growing international company.

Position Description:

Assisting the broking and claims department which includes:

  • Monitoring and processing of marine contracts onto the internal software system
  • Issuance of documentation
  • Updating and ensuring data is correctly recorded
  • Communicating with underwriters/ brokers/ claims handlers
  • Any additional administrative support to the office (broking and claims)

With time and experience, the role can develop and include broking duties and greater responsibilities.

Candidate profile:

  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
  • Communication skills
  • Organisational and co-ordination skills
  • Analytical thinking & problem solving ability
  • Attention to detail
  • University Degree in the Insurance or Shipping Sector or some work experience in this region.
