Role Description

* Review and analyze insurance policies to determine coverage for various types of claims.
* Investigate and assess the validity of claims by gathering relevant information and documentation.
* Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information for claim processing.
* Negotiate with insurance companies to reach fair and timely settlements for our clients.
* Provide updates to clients on the status of their claims and address any queries or concerns they may have.
* Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, such as underwriting and risk management, to ensure effective claims handling.
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to insurance claims management

* Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or related field
