VITA Insurance Brokers, a full-service specialist insurance broker, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager on commission-based pay salary.

Το γραφείο μας στελεχώνεται από συνεργάτες οι οποίοι ειδικεύονται σε διαφορετικούς τομείς. Ο τομέας της διερεύνησης της αγοράς και της τοποθέτησης του κινδύνου καλύπτεται από ασφαλιστικούς διαμεσολαβητές και συμβούλους, ενώ η μελέτη των συμβάσεων και η διαχείριση των αποζημιώσεων πραγματοποιείται από έμπειρους δικηγόρους.

VITA Insurance Brokers, a full-service specialist insurance broker, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager on commission-based pay salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating marketing initiatives to attract and generate new business
  • Implement new business strategies
  • Supervising the company’s Underwriting team
  • Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in collaboration with the company’s Underwriting officers
  • Maintaining Client relationships
  • Researching all available policy options for the existing and/or prospective clientele
  • Processing Client accounts
  • Advising Clients on risk management initiatives
  • Preparing reports and presentations for upper management

  • In depth knowledge in all types of insurance products

Key Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Management
  • EIAS Diploma in Insurance Science and Operations
  • Certificate of Professional Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (Bank of Greece)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (Proficiency Level)
  • European Computer Driving Licence

Training & Experience
Previous work experience will be evaluated.
