VITA Insurance Brokers, a full-service specialist insurance broker, is currently looking to recruit an Insurance & Claims Assistant.

Το γραφείο μας στελεχώνεται από συνεργάτες οι οποίοι ειδικεύονται σε διαφορετικούς τομείς. Ο τομέας της διερεύνησης της αγοράς και της τοποθέτησης του κινδύνου καλύπτεται από ασφαλιστικούς διαμεσολαβητές και συμβούλους, ενώ η μελέτη των συμβάσεων και η διαχείριση των αποζημιώσεων πραγματοποιείται από έμπειρους δικηγόρους.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative
  • Monitor Correspondence
  • Maintain and update filing
  • Data entry
  • Insurance & Claims
  • Monitor renewals and claim’s progress
  • Updating insurance, claim and financial records
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Reviewing, drafting and issuance of documentation
  • Coordinate calls and meetings with clients and insurance companies when necessary

Key Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics & Management
  • EIAS Diploma in Insurance Science and Operations
  • Certificate of Professional Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance Broker (Bank of Greece)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (Proficiency Level)
  • European Computer Driving Licence
  • Training & Experience

You will receive on-the-job training; however, previous work experience will be evaluated.
