Smaragda Pavlopoulou joins SRS Group of Companies as Claims Manager

SRS Group of Companies welcomes Smaragda Pavlopoulou as its new Claims Manager, further strengthening the Group's capabilities in claims management.

Smaragda brings nearly 25 years of experience in the (re)insurance sector, specialising in claims management, claims advocacy and client support, having handled complex claims and worked closely with (re)insurers throughout the claims process.

Prior to joining SRS Group of Companies, she spent more than two decades with Aon Greece. From 2012, she served as Claims Advocacy Specialist, supporting clients throughout the full claims lifecycle, from coverage-related matters and coordination with (re)insurers to settlement follow-up and the management of complex claims.

During the first ten years of her career at Aon Greece, she worked as a Technical Accounts & Fiduciary Specialist, building a strong foundation in technical and fiduciary accounts, reconciliations, and the financial and operational processes of the reinsurance market.

Smaragda holds a BSc from Deree (The American College of Greece) and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), having further broadened her professional training through certifications from the Greek Institute of Insurance Studies (EIAS) and the Bank of Greece.
